Tutor: Mel Galley

Weaving together narrative and modelmaking to create speculative worlds, Mel Galley’s practice builds from research on planning, housing, data and space, asking how we listen to landscapes and piece together public place. Mel has led workshops on zinemaking and bookbinding at Temple Bar Gallery + Studios, Project Arts Centre and IADT. Her sculptures and writings have shown across the UK and Ireland, including the LAB Gallery and Dublin Fringe Festival. Her artist books are held in the Bodleian Library Oxford, and, more importantly, on the bookshelves and walls of strangers and friends.
